Kratom is an agricultural product. It is grown outdoors, harvested by hand, dried, milled and shipped across the world before it reaches you. Because of that, the only way to know what is actually in a bag of powder is to have an independent laboratory test it. That is why every batch we sell is third-party lab-tested, and why we make the results available.
What we test for
Alkaloid content. Each batch is tested for mitragynine, the primary naturally occurring alkaloid in the kratom leaf, and for 7-hydroxymitragynine. Results are reported as a percentage or in milligrams per gram, so you can compare batches objectively rather than relying on a strain name.
Heavy metals. Kratom draws minerals from the soil it grows in. Every batch is screened for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury.
Microbiological contaminants. Batches are screened for salmonella, E. coli, yeast and mould. This matters for any dried plant material that has been stored and transported.
What a COA is
A Certificate of Analysis is the laboratory's report on a specific batch. It names the lab, the batch or lot number, the date tested, and the results. It is not marketing material and it is not written by us. That independence is the whole point.
How to read ours
Every Rimba product page lists the mitragynine content for the batch currently in stock. Each batch carries a lot number, and that lot number appears on the pouch label. When you receive an order, you can match the lot number on your pouch to the Certificate of Analysis for that batch.

Why we do this
The kratom industry is not standardised. Two bags with the same strain name from two vendors can be quite different products. Publishing lab results is the only honest way to let you compare. We would rather show you the data than ask you to trust a label.
What we will never do
We do not sell concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine products or enhanced extracts. We sell plain, single-origin leaf powder. We also do not make any claim about what kratom does, because no such claim would be lawful or honest. Our job is to tell you exactly what is in the bag and where it came from. What you do with that information is your decision.
