3. Products

3.3 Not for Consumption Guidance

4.3 Prohibited Use

5. Orders & Payment

6.4 Signature Requirement

6.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus original shipping costs. Return shipping is customer responsibility.

7.2 Opened Products

Once opened, products are not eligible for return due to their consumable nature. No exceptions.

7.3 Damaged/Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact support@rimbabotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will provide replacement or refund.

7.4 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method.
