Payment and shipping

 

Wholesale orders are invoiced and settled by bank transfer (ACH or wire). We ship within the United States only and do not ship to states where kratom is restricted.

How to order

We keep wholesale simple and direct:

  1. Send us your order. Email hi@rimbabotanicals.com with the strain(s) and quantity you want (available by the kilogram).
  2. We send an invoice. You will receive a clear invoice with the total, including US domestic shipping.
  3. Pay by bank transfer. Settle the invoice by ACH or wire transfer to our US business account. Payment confirms your order.
  4. We ship from the USA. Your order ships from our US warehouse directly to your address, typically within 1 business day of cleared payment, with tracking provided.

Pricing

Wholesale kratom is priced per kilogram, with better rates as your volume grows. Email us for a current quote and tier pricing on 1kg, 5kg, 10kg and larger orders. We will match your order to the best available rate.

Because kratom is an age-restricted botanical, we ask wholesale buyers to confirm they are 21 or older and that kratom is legal to sell in their location. We ship US-only and do not ship to states or localities where kratom is restricted.
