We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right within the parameters below.

1. Return Window

Eligible for Return:

Unopened products in original packaging

Requested within 14 days of delivery

Original proof of purchase (order number)

NOT Eligible for Return:

Opened products (consumable nature)

Products past 14-day window

Products damaged by customer misuse

Products shipped to prohibited jurisdictions (customer responsibility)

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact support@rimbabotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery

Include: order number, photos of damage, description

We will provide replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement

After 2 hours, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be canceled

Contact support@rimbabotanicals.com to request cancellation

4. Return Authorization Required

Do NOT send returns without prior authorization. To request return:

1. Email support@rimbabotanicals.com with order number, reason for return, and products to be returned

2. We will issue return authorization within 24-48 business hours

3. Ship product to address provided in authorization

4. Include order number inside package

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect returned product:

Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Refunded to original payment method

Original shipping fees non-refundable

Return Shipping

Customer responsibility unless product was defective or incorrect.

5. Subscription Cancellations

Active subscriptions can be paused anytime, skipped for individual shipments, or canceled anytime before renewal date.

Cancel via your account dashboard or email support@rimbabotanicals.com.

Charges already processed are non-refundable if shipment has been dispatched.

6. Address Errors

Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect address will be refunded minus:

Original shipping cost

Return shipping cost

10% restocking fee

7. Prohibited Jurisdiction Shipments

Orders shipped to jurisdictions where kratom is prohibited (customer error) are not refundable. Customer is responsible for confirming legality.
