1. Shipping Method & Provider

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail from our US fulfillment partner. All shipments originate from within the United States.

2. Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: 3-5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Rimba Botanicals.

4. Shipping Fees

Free US shipping on orders over $75.

Orders under $75: Flat rate calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

5. Discreet Packaging

All shipments use plain, unmarked outer packaging with no branding, product images, or product indicators visible on the exterior. This protects customer privacy and complies with carrier discretion policies.

6. Signature Requirement

Orders may require adult signature (21+) at delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to be available for delivery or arrange redirection.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Full State Bans (No Shipments): We do NOT ship to: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin.

Local/City/County Bans: We do NOT ship to: Sarasota County FL, San Diego CA, Oceanside CA, Jerseyville IL, Alton IL, Columbus MS, Union County MS, Denver CO (extract restrictions), Malheur County OR.

KCPA States (Kratom Consumer Protection Act): We comply with KCPA regulations in these states with proper labeling, age verification, and alkaloid testing: Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Oregon, Virginia, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas.

International: No shipments outside the United States.

8. Customer Responsibility Disclaimer

Kratom laws change frequently at state, county, and municipal levels. It is the customer's sole responsibility to:

Verify current legality in their specific jurisdiction before ordering

Confirm ordering does not violate local ordinances

Understand any regulations regarding personal quantity limits

Orders shipped to prohibited jurisdictions (customer error) are NOT refundable. Rimba Botanicals is not responsible for customer non-compliance with local laws.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Contact support@rimbabotanicals.com within 7 days of expected delivery date. We work with customers to resolve issues on a case-by-case basis, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit.

10. Address Errors

Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect address will be refunded minus original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and 10% restocking fee.

11. Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order once the package ships.
