Where do you ship?
Within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to states where kratom is restricted. Restricted states are blocked at checkout.
Which states do you not ship to?
We do not ship to states that prohibit kratom. As of July 2026 these include Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Vermont and Wisconsin. California is also excluded due to state-level administrative restrictions on commercial sales. State law changes regularly, so this list is reviewed and updated. If you are unsure about your state, email us before ordering.
Do I need to be 21?
Yes. Our store enforces 21+ age verification and we do not sell to anyone under 21 regardless of local minimum age.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched from within the United States. Standard domestic transit is typically two to five business days after dispatch.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Packaging is plain and does not display product contents on the outside.
PRODUCT AND QUALITY
Is your kratom lab tested?
Yes, every batch. Independent third-party laboratories test for mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine content, heavy metals including lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury, and microbiological contaminants including salmonella, E. coli, yeast and mould.
Can I see the Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Email hi@rimbabotanicals.com with the product and we will send the COA for the batch currently in stock. Each pouch carries a lot number that matches its COA.
What does single-origin mean?
The powder in a given batch comes from one sourcing region rather than being blended from multiple suppliers. It makes batches more consistent and makes the lab report meaningful.
Do you sell extracts or 7-OH products?
No. We sell plain leaf powder only. We do not sell concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine products or enhanced extracts.
What is the difference between red, green and white vein?
Vein colour refers to the colour of the leaf vein at harvest and the drying method used afterwards. It describes the plant material, not an outcome. We have a full article on this in our Learn section.
What does Maeng Da mean?
It is a trade term for a robust, well-regarded leaf selection. It is not a separate species. All kratom comes from Mitragyna speciosa.
How should I store kratom powder?
Cool, dark, dry and airtight. Use a dry spoon and reseal promptly. We have a detailed storage guide in our Learn section.
LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE
Is kratom legal in the United States?
Kratom is not a federally scheduled controlled substance. However, several states prohibit it and others regulate it under Kratom Consumer Protection Act frameworks. Legality depends on your state, and the law changes. Please check your own state's current statute.
Does the FDA approve kratom?
No. Kratom is not approved by the FDA for any use. We make no health or medical claims about our products.
